Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Head of Human Resources to lead HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations across a growing multi-location F&B; business. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable HR systems, strengthening organizational culture, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting business expansion across retail outlets and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth and expansion plans.
- Partner with founders and business leaders on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for frontline staff, store managers, and corporate positions.
- Develop manpower plans for new outlet openings and expansion across multiple locations.
- Implement KPI-driven performance management systems and performance-linked incentive structures.
- Design onboarding programs, employee training modules, and leadership development initiatives.
- Establish HR policies, SOPs, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, HRMS implementation, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.
- Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and workforce productivity, particularly for frontline staff.
- Build a performance-driven,



accountable, and customer-focused organizational culture.
- Design organizational structures, roles, KRAs, and reporting hierarchies to support expansion.
- Coordinate with business leaders to ensure manpower readiness for new outlet launches.
- Monitor HR metrics, recruitment turnaround time, attrition, and workforce performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- MBA in HR from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-school.
- 10-14 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in F&B;, retail, QSR, or hospitality.
- Proven experience managing and scaling teams across multiple locations.
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Experience establishing HR systems, policies, SOPs, and HRMS processes.
- Solid knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in payroll, attendance management, employee engagement, and retention.
- Ability to work closely with founders and business leaders in a high-growth environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation Structure: 10 LPA fixed + 10% performance-linked variable.
