WE ARE HIRING | SHIFT ENGINEER – FACILITY MANAGEMENT

Job Locations: Talawade, Wiekfield, V Tech & SP Infocity 4B, Pune

Experience: 2–6 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily facility engineering operations during the assigned shift.
- Monitor and maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and other MEP systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot equipment faults and attend breakdowns to ensure minimum downtime.
- Monitor equipment such as DG sets, UPS, transformers, LT panels, pumps, motors, AHUs, and chillers, as applicable.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and service contractors.
- Maintain shift reports, maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and equipment records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs,



and permit-to-work procedures.
- Complete proper shift handovers and follow up on pending maintenance activities.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
