Role Description The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining Management Information Systems to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram includes preparing regular MIS reports, analyzing data trends, and ensuring data accuracy in various dashboards and reporting tools. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to gather requirements, standardize reporting formats, and provide actionable insights to management.



The MIS Executive will also support process improvement initiatives, maintain documentation, and assist in implementing best practices for information management and reporting.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders and presenting data insights.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel, spreadsheets, and reporting tools; experience with databases or BI tools is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess a detail-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.
- Relevant academic background in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an MIS, reporting, or data analysis role within consulting, HR, or related domains will be beneficial.
