Role Description The Civil Engineer will work on-site in Delhi, India in a full-time capacity, contributing to the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications, and collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure compliance with technical standards and local regulations. The role involves performing site inspections, monitoring construction activities, and supporting project planning, scheduling, and reporting. The Civil Engineer will also address stormwater management requirements, support infrastructure development,



and assist in resolving technical issues that arise during project execution. The position requires effective coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Qualifications

- Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with the ability to develop and review structural, infrastructure, and site development plans.
- Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of civil engineering activities.
- Stormwater Management skills, including understanding of drainage design, flood mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Professional experience as Civil Engineers on construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in urban or municipal environments.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations applicable to civil engineering projects in India.
- Proficiency with civil engineering design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar), and basic MS Office skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
