Junior Architect | 2 to 3 years | Architecture / Real Estate
Role: Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections and working drawings, build 3D models and renderings, coordinate with consultants and site teams, and support design development, site visits and client presentations.
Software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, any one of Twinmotion / Lumion / D5 / V-Ray, Photoshop. Revit is a plus.
Requirements:
B.Arch degree
2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of local building regulations, FSI/FAR and approval procedures
Solid drafting, coordination and communication skills
Real estate or property development exposure is an added advantage
