Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary to manage corporate governance, statutory compliance, and secretarial activities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Manage ROC filings, statutory forms, and regulatory documentation within prescribed timelines.
- Organize Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
- Prepare agendas, notices, minutes, resolutions, and other secretarial records.
- Maintain statutory registers, company records, and corporate documents.
- Coordinate with ROC, MCA, auditors, legal advisors, and other regulatory authorities.
- Monitor changes in corporate laws and ensure timely implementation of compliance requirements.
- Support annual filings, statutory audits,



and other corporate governance activities.
- Assist management with legal documentation and corporate compliance matters.

Eligibility Criteria

- Must be a qualified Company Secretary (CS) with the required ICSI membership.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial and compliance activities is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, ROC filings, MCA portal, and corporate governance.
- Valuable communication, documentation, coordination, and organizational skills.
