Role Description

This is a remote Marketing & Outreach Intern role based in India, for a tenure of 2 months. The intern will drive global client outreach for NorthRidge Solution's recruiting and marketing services, using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify, engage and build relationships with prospective clients across international markets. The role offers hands-on exposure to B2B outreach, lead generation and brand building within a structured, process-driven firm.

Key Responsibilities





- Conduct global client outreach using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator
- Identify and research prospective clients across international markets
- Write and personalise outreach messages, follow-ups and connection requests
- Track conversations, responses and leads accurately in the CRM and internal systems
- Support LinkedIn content and brand visibility for NorthRidge Solution
- Assist in testing outreach messaging and report on performance

Qualifications

- Solid interest in marketing, business development, sales or outreach
- Excellent written English with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messages
- Basic proficiency with LinkedIn, spreadsheets, documents and email
- Familiarity with Sales Navigator is a plus; training will be provided
- Demonstrated reliability, integrity and a willingness to take initiative and seek feedback

Tenure and Compensation

- Duration: 2 months
- Compensation: Performance-based commission for the duration of the internship
- Strong performers will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)
