- Round 1: 1-hour coding test at the Bengaluru office.

Key Skills Required
- Solid Java, Spring Boot and Hibernate knowledge.
- Hands-on React.js development, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
- REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Git, Maven, debugging and performance optimization.
- Full-stack application design, code reviews and technical leadership.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical lead role preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack application design and development.
- Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers and stakeholders.
- Ensure code quality, performance and timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot issues and follow engineering best practices.
