Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Test Lead / SDET with strong expertise in Java-based automation testing using Selenium and exposure to AI engineering and AI-powered testing tools. The ideal candidate should have experience leading testing activities, developing automation frameworks, managing test execution, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead testing activities and ensure high-quality software deliverables.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
- Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Perform end-to-end testing and manage defect tracking and resolution.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements.
- Mentor junior testers and drive automation best practices.




- Participate in code reviews and continuously improve testing processes.
- Report testing progress, risks, and results to stakeholders.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance test automation and testing efficiency.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong experience in Selenium with Java.
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
- Experience in test planning, test case design, and test data creation.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end testing.
- Exposure to AI tools for development and test automation.
- Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Valuable to Have:

- API testing using Postman or SoapUI.
- Performance testing experience.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
- Database testing and SQL knowledge.
- Exposure to AI testing frameworks.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications would be an added advantage.
