1. HR Intern

About the role: Support the HR team in day-to-day people operations and learn the full employee lifecycle in a real estate setting.

Responsibilities

- Source candidates on job portals and Linked In; screen CVs and shortlist

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers

- Maintain candidate trackers, employee records, and attendance/leave data

- Assist with onboarding: documentation, joining formalities, induction

- Support employee engagement activities and internal communication

- Help draft JDs, job posts, and offer/appointment letters

- Assist with performance review data and HR reports

Requirements

- Pursuing or completed BBA/MBA (HR), BA/B. Com, or a related degree

- Positive written and spoken English; Kannada/Tulu/Hindi is a plus

- Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and Word/Docs

- Discretion with confidential information

- Organised, proactive, and comfortable with follow-ups

Learning outcomes: Recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, performance management basics, HR analytics.

2. Marketing Intern

About the role: Support marketing activities that generate leads and build brand presence for Vitu Realty’s projects.

Responsibilities

- Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and You Tube

- Assist with campaign planning: digital ads, Whats App/email campaigns





- Coordinate with designers and photographers for creatives and videos

- Track lead sources and report on campaign performance

- Support site-visit events, launches, and brochures/collateral

- Research competitors and local market trends

- Help manage online reviews, listings, and the website/portal updates

Requirements

- Pursuing or completed BBA/MBA (Marketing), BMM, B. Com, or related degree

- Strong writing and communication skills

- Basic design skills (Canva) and familiarity with social media platforms

- Knowledge of Meta Ads/Google Ads basics is a plus

- Creative, curious, and comfortable working to deadlines

Learning outcomes: Real estate digital marketing, lead generation, content creation, campaign analytics.

3. Management Intern

About the role: A cross-functional role exposing you to how a real estate business runs, with projects across operations, coordination, and management reporting.

Responsibilities

- Support management with data compilation, MIS reports, and dashboards

- Coordinate between departments (sales, projects, accounts, HR, admin) and track follow-ups

- Assist with process documentation and SOPs

- Track project timelines, task status, and review meeting action points

- Prepare presentations, meeting notes, and summaries

- Conduct research and support special projects as assigned

Requirements

- Pursuing or completed MBA/BBA or any graduate degree

- Strong analytical, Excel/Sheets, and Power Point/Slides skills

- Clear communication and good business writing

- Ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

- Interest in real estate and business operations

Learning outcomes: Business operations, MIS and reporting, cross-department coordination, project tracking.
