We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst - Operational Excellence to join our team in Vadodara. This role will operate under the supervision of the Black Belt Manager and will primarily focus on collecting and analyzing data to identify root causes of process variation and inefficiency. The ideal candidate will promote data-driven solutions over subjective estimates and will be responsible for visually presenting process improvements using graphs that are easy to understand.

Key responsibilities include creating a communication plan to effectively convey project information to organizational leaders and stakeholders, as well as actively contributing to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree being a plus. A Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.



Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in continuous improvement and/or data analysis, ideally within the service industry. The role requires a self-driven individual who is eager to learn recent skills and drive positive changes through cooperation and collaboration. Knowledge of Lean principles and other quality management methodologies is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential, along with excellent data management expertise.

Please note that the shift timings for this position are from 2 PM to 11 PM or 3 PM to 12 AM, and candidates should apply only if they are comfortable with these timings.
