The role will support the Legal team on legal matters arising from renewable/thermal power and infrastructure businesses, with a particular focus on land due diligence, land-related legal matters, litigation and regulatory support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in land legal due diligence for projects.
- Support legal matters and litigation relating to land, including civil and criminal matters.
- Assist with litigation and regulatory/commercial legal matters relating to power-generation businesses. [
- Draft and review legal notices and associated documentation.
- Conduct legal research on various issues relevant to projects and business operations. [
- Maintain legal MIS and reporting for relevant departments.
- Ensure adherence to company policies in day-to-day legal activities.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
Qualification & Experience
- LL.B.
- 3–5 years PQE
- Experience handling legal issues in the power sector
