Job Description – Electrician

Position Title: Electrician

Location: Wayanad, Kerala

Department: Maintenance

Type of Job: Full time,

Job Roles & Responsibilities

- - Maintain the electrical systems of guest villas, restaurants, staff accommodation and public areas.
- Carry out routine and preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment.
- Identify and rectify electrical faults promptly.
- Operate and maintain pumps, motors and control panels.
- Maintain the swimming pool and its equipment.
- Support electrical work during villa construction, coordinating with other maintenance staff.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and report hazards immediately.

Key Skills Required

- - Knowledge of electrical wiring; ability to identify and rectify faults.
- Equipment handling, including pumps, motors and control panels.
- Teamwork and good communication skills.

Qualification & Experience

- - Qualification: ITI (Electrician trade)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
