Senior Analyst/Manager – Fund Operations & Client Services

You will play a key role in strengthening fund operations, enhancing investor service, improving reporting workflows, and driving process efficiency through technology and automation. With exposure to multiple business functions and complex financial activities, this role offers meaningful responsibility and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities and Priorities

- Support fund and managed account launches, liquidations, complex investor transactions, and investment mandate changes.
- Manage investor reporting workflows, coordinate report production, and contribute to the delivery of accurate and timely reporting.
- Engage with investors, counterparties, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational matters and enhance client service.
- Design and implement operational processes and controls to support business growth and maintain strong execution standards.
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic projects, change management, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Support technology projects focused on reporting, analytics, workflow automation, and improved user experience.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement scalable automation, AI solutions, and efficient workflows.




- Collaborate with teams across investments, investor relations, legal, compliance, corporate development, and technology.

Experience, Ability and Knowledge

- 2–6 years of relevant experience in fund operations and/or client service roles within financial services.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows, reporting processes, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, execute time-sensitive tasks, and contribute to longer-term projects.
- Sound critical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and commercial judgment.
- A process-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy, operational controls, and continuous improvement.

Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
- Robust attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Prior experience mentoring or coordinating small teams and contributing to process improvements is an advantage.
- Knowledge of investor transactions, brokerage and counterparty relationships, or hedge fund accounting is preferred.

Tools, Tech and Platform Capabilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
- Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, agentic workflows, reporting tools, or analytics automation is an advantage.

Qualifications, Licenses and Academic Achievements

- Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification or a Master's degree in Finance.
- Relevant experience in fund operations and/or client services within the financial services sector.
