Role: Key Account Manager – Channel Sales

Experience: 2–8 Years

What Will You Do

Build and nurture robust relationships with brokers, builders, and channel partners.

Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners.

Generate quality leads, drive conversions, and achieve business targets.

Conduct partner meetings, site visits, and market activities.

Monitor partner performance and maximize business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth.

Who Are We Looking For

2–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Channel Sales, Business Development, or Partner Management.

Field sales experience preferred.

Real estate industry experience or an established network is an added advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Strong English communication skills.





A target-driven mindset and willingness to travel extensively.

Mandatory: Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

Work Schedule - 6-day working week

Saturday and Sunday are working days

Monday is the weekly off

Extensive field visits and partner engagement
