About the Role
We are looking for a Python Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend applications and integrations for our clients across industries. You will work in agile project teams, collaborate with clients and cross-functional colleagues, and own features from design through deployment.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop clean, efficient, and testable Python code for web applications, APIs, and automation solutions
• Build and consume RESTful APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB)
• Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, and internal systems
• Write unit and integration tests, and take part in code reviews
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues promptly
• Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts
• Document technical designs, APIs, and deployment procedures
• Contribute to estimation, sprint planning,



and client status updates Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on qualified experience in Python development
• Strong grasp of Python fundamentals, OOP, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with at least one framework: Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Working knowledge of SQL and ORMs (Django ORM, SQLAlchemy)
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs (JSON, authentication, versioning)
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (branching, pull requests)
• Familiarity with Linux and the command line
