Working Capital Diagnostics: Analyze working capital performance across DSO, DPO, DIO and Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC). Perform detailed transactional analysis across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Inventory. Identify and quantify cash release opportunities.
Develop working capital benchmark assessments against peers and best-in-class performers. Build models to estimate working capital improvement potential and cash impact. Evaluate customer payment behavior and collections effectiveness. Assess supplier payment practices and working capital levers. Track perks realization and monitor KPI improvement.
