**Cognizant CXCRM GCC Recruitment** Job Title: Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Experience: 6-10 Years Location: Bangalore **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Salesforce OmniStudio Developer to design, develop, and implement industry-specific solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in OmniStudio, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity). **Key Responsibilities** + Design and develop solutions using **OmniStudio Components** such as OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. + Build scalable and reusable components to support business processes. + Integrate Salesforce with internal and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs. + Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows. + Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions. + Optimize OmniStudio components for performance and scalability. + Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues. + Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices. + Support Agile development and deployment activities. **Required Skills** + 6+ years of Salesforce development experience. + 2+ years of hands-on experience with **Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity)** . + Solid expertise in:



+ OmniScripts + FlexCards + DataRaptors + Integration Procedures + Calculation Procedures + Data Mappers + Experience in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and LWC. + Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations. + Understanding of Salesforce Security Model and Sharing Rules. + Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools. **Preferred Skills** + Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity). + Knowledge of Agentforce and Experience Cloud. + Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Telecom, or Insurance domains. + Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Certification. + Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification. **Education** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. **Nice to Have** + Experience in large-scale Salesforce transformation projects. + Exposure to DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins. + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
