Responsibilities:
-
• Design electrical power distribution, panels, cabling layouts, and earthing systems for the industrial shed and machinery.
• Develop automation architecture including PLC programming (Siemens/Allen-Bradley), HMI/SCADA interfaces, and VFD controls.
• Integrate sensors, drives, and safety interlocks for tube production lines (drawing, annealing, cutting).
• Prepare single-line diagrams, control philosophies, and I/O lists for electrical systems.
• Coordinate with mechanical team for equipment electrification and automation integration.
• Perform site wiring supervision, loop checks, FAT/SAT, and system commissioning.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults,



implement energy-effective solutions, and ensure IEC/Indian Standards compliance.
• Train operators on automation systems and maintain as-built documentation. Educational Qualification:
- BE/B Tech – Instrumentation and Control Engineering Experience Required:
- Should have minimum experience of 8
