This critical position involves directing comprehensive marketing campaigns, elevating brand presence, and guaranteeing quantifiable outcomes for a varied client base. The individual selected for this role will play a fundamental part in steering the agency's expansion while upholding our standing as a leader in the digital sector.
• Formulate and implement multi-platform digital marketing plans designed to boost brand recognition and secure high-quality leads.
• Oversee and refine paid advertising efforts on channels including Google Ads, social networks, and display ad spaces to optimize return on investment.
• Utilize analytics software to evaluate campaign metrics, delivering actionable intelligence that informs and improves future marketing tactics.
• Partner with creative departments to craft compelling content, encompassing written copy, visual designs, and multimedia materials that adhere to brand standards.
• Track emerging industry trends and competitor actions to uncover fresh avenues for market growth and innovation.




• Supervise a team of marketing specialists, offering mentorship, performance reviews, and direction to meet departmental objectives.
• Liaise with outside vendors and partners to guarantee the smooth execution of integrated marketing projects. Requirements

Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of practical experience in digital marketing, with a preference for agency background
• High level of expertise in SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a comparable discipline; professional certifications are strongly preferred.
• Superior analytical abilities to interpret data and convert insights into strategic business decisions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills suited for a dynamic, quick-paced environment.
• Creative mindset and adaptability to address changing client demands and market conditions effectively. Note: The CTC will range between 4.8 LPA to 6 LPA based on the candidate's performance.
