* Provide technical support through calls, chat & email
* Troubleshoot basic computer, software, browser & internet issues
* Assist users with video files, uploads, downloads & digital evidence Provide remote technical assistance
* Document issues & troubleshooting steps
* Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant team




* Freshers are welcome Prior IT Support experience is NOT mandatory. Interested candidates can attend the Walk-in Interview at Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata with their updated resume.
