About the Opportunity
unfilterstory is a next-gen digital storytelling and franchise enablement platform empowering creators and entrepreneurs across India to monetize their voice, content, and local community influence. We’re building a decentralized network of franchise partners who scale branded storytelling experiences—from content hubs to local influencer collectives—via a lightweight, remote-first operating model. This role is your launchpad to drive partner growth, manage onboarding, and optimize performance—all from anywhere in India.

Role & Responsibilities

- Recruit, onboard, and activate franchise partners across tier-2/3 Indian markets using remote workflows and digital toolkits.
- Manage partner lifecycle: from contract setup and brand compliance to performance tracking and renewal negotiations.
- Build and maintain partner dashboards using Google Sheets/Forms and CRM tools to monitor KPIs like content output, engagement, and revenue.
- Design remote training modules and run live virtual bootcamps to onboard new partners on brand guidelines and storytelling frameworks.




- Collaborate with creative and product teams to localize content templates and partner toolkits for regional markets.
- Identify and resolve partner friction points — from tech access to content bottlenecks — via daily remote support and escalation protocols.
