About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling, remote-first startup in the B2B SaaS & digital growth marketing space, we help global tech companies build pipeline through precision LinkedIn outreach and strategic engagement. Our team combines outreach psychology, data-driven personalization, and automation to turn cold connections into warm conversations—and eventually, qualified sales opportunities. We’re looking for a creative, metrics-obsessed LinkedIn Outreach Partner to own outreach campaigns that convert.

Role & Responsibilities

- Design and execute high-impact LinkedIn outreach sequences for enterprise B2B clients—tailoring messaging to industry, persona, and funnel stage.
- Manage end-to-end outreach workflows: profile optimization, connection requests, follow-ups, and conversion tracking (reply rates, meeting booked, pipeline generated).
- Collaborate with clients to understand ICPs, value props, and objection points—then translate them into persuasive, human-first messaging.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, automation tools (like Taplio or SalesLoft),



and CRM integrations to scale outreach without sacrificing personalization.
- Analyze campaign performance weekly—A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and sequences—and optimize based on reply, response, and booking metrics.
- Document best practices, templates, and playbooks that enable team scalability and client onboarding efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- LinkedIn outreach sequencing
- CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- A/B testing and conversion analytics
- Outreach automation tools (Taplio, Expandi, Lemlist, etc.)
- Copywriting for B2B sales
- Client campaign management
- Excel/Google Sheets for analytics
- Preferred
- Experience with cold email outreach
- Basic understanding of sales funnels
