Job Summary

Habsons Jobsup Ltd. is looking for an experienced Finishing Supervisor to oversee finishing activities for residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in luxury villas, premium residential properties, kothis, low-rise buildings, and customized construction projects.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising finishing work, managing subcontractors and labour teams, ensuring quality standards, coordinating materials, and completing work within project timelines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day finishing activities at residential and commercial construction sites.

- Oversee finishing works for luxury villas, premium residences, kothis, low-rise buildings, and customized construction projects.

- Monitor flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, waterproofing, carpentry, and other architectural finishing activities.

- Coordinate with civil, architectural, electrical, plumbing, and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Manage subcontractors, site supervisors, skilled workers, and labour teams.

- Inspect finishing work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and quality standards.

- Plan and schedule finishing activities to meet project deadlines and milestones.

- Coordinate material availability, inventory control, tools, equipment, and workforce requirements.





- Identify construction defects, quality issues, and execution delays, and implement corrective actions.

- Conduct quality inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects before handover.

- Interpret architectural drawings, finishing schedules, BOQs, and construction specifications.

- Monitor site productivity and implement process improvements to minimize rework and material wastage.

- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, inspection reports, and work completion updates.

- Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure adherence to site safety requirements, construction procedures, and company standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in finishing operations within the construction or real estate industry.

- Proven experience in residential and commercial construction projects.

- Strong experience in luxury villas, premium residential projects, kothis, low-rise buildings, and customized construction works.

- Hands-on knowledge of architectural finishing activities, including flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, waterproofing, and carpentry.

- Experience in MEP coordination and finishing-stage project execution.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and finishing schedules.





- Experience in quality inspection, defect identification, and corrective action implementation.

- Proven ability to manage subcontractors, labour teams, materials, and site resources.

- Ability to identify site-level challenges and implement practical solutions.

- Strong leadership, coordination, decision-making, and execution skills.

- Ability to manage multiple finishing activities while maintaining quality and project timelines.

Salary

₹3,60,000 – ₹4,80,000 per annum, depending on experience and suitability.
