We work with a diverse portfolio of globally recognized brands across spirits, wines, and luxury beverages, creating impactful marketing, retail, event, and brand communication experiences.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing in-house creative team.

Job Summary

The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design team in creating high-quality visual communication across digital, print, retail, and event marketing channels. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and adapt creatives for social media, digital marketing, and brand communication.

Create artwork for POSM, menus, brochures, flyers, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

Prepare print-ready artwork files with proper specifications and production guidelines.

Assist in developing creative concepts for campaigns, activations, events, and brand launches.

Follow and maintain brand guidelines across multiple brands and projects.

Support image editing, retouching, and artwork resizing requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Organize and maintain design assets, artwork files, and project folders.

Stay updated with design trends,



industry best practices, and emerging creative tools.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in Graphic Design.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

Knowledge of CorelDRAW will be an advantage.

Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Basic understanding of print production, file preparation, bleed settings, and artwork specifications.

Good attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Robust communication and time-management skills.

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of 3D software such as 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, or similar.

Experience creating mockups, retail displays, visual merchandising concepts, or event collateral.

Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and creative workflows.

Experience working on FMCG, lifestyle, luxury, hospitality, or beverage brands.

Education

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
