About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring healthcare professionals while ensuring timely closures and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit healthcare professionals through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future healthcare requirements.
Follow up with candidates till the joining.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and update trackers regularly.
Ensure achievement of individual hiring targets and turnaround time (TAT).
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.




Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and talent market conditions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare hiring .
Robust sourcing and screening skills.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Solid negotiation and candidate management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience hiring Doctors, nurses, physicians, allied healthcare professionals, or healthcare support staff.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
