The company also supports Indian businesses with international product sourcing and imports, including supplier verification, international payments, quality checks, shipping, customs clearance, and GST invoicing.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive with strong Hindi communication skills to generate business through customer calling, product pitching, follow-ups, and sales conversion.

The candidate will communicate with prospective and existing customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable products, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer inquiries.





- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Pitch products and explain product specifications and pricing.

- Follow up with prospective customers.

- Maintain and update the sales pipeline.

- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.

- Convert leads into active business accounts.

- Maintain relationships with existing customers.

- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, or Sales.

- Strong Hindi communication skills.

- Good sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.

- Strong follow-up skills.

- Target-oriented approach.

- Basic computer / CRM knowledge.

- Valuable customer-handling skills.

- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Ability to handle sales conversations and convert leads into business.
