Role & Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals across multiple office locations.
- Troubleshoot hardware failures, replace faulty components, and escalate vendor issues when needed.
- Manage asset inventory: track hardware lifecycle, deployments, returns, and disposals with accuracy.
- Support remote and in office users with OS-level hardware-related issues on Windows and macOS.
- Collaborate with IT leads to standardize imaging, BIOS settings, and peripheral configurations.
- Ensure all hardware complies with security,



warranty, and environmental disposal policies.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have
- Hardware diagnostics
- Windows 10/11

- BIOS/UEFI configuration
- Asset tagging
- Peripheral setup (printers, scanners, docks)
- Hardware replacement
- Warranty management

- Experience with enterprise imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, Acronis)
