BizVidya is an EdTech venture focused on developing structured digital learning solutions, educational products, and technology-enabled learning experiences. Our goal is to build scalable learning products that address real learner needs through effective content, intuitive technology, and measurable learning outcomes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define product vision, target users, value proposition, product roadmap, and development priorities in alignment with BizVidya’s long-term business objectives.

- Learning Product Development: Convert educational needs into structured courses, learning modules, assessments, practical projects, and professional development programs.

- User Research & Market Validation: Research learners, educators, institutions, and industry requirements to identify market gaps, validate product ideas, and improve product-market fit.

- Product Requirements & Documentation: Prepare product requirement documents, user stories, feature specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria for the design and technology teams.

- Technology & Platform Coordination: Work with developers and designers to build and improve digital learning platforms, applications, dashboards, and learning management features. Explore suitable AI integrations where they create meaningful value.

- User Experience & Learning Outcomes: Ensure the platform offers an intuitive, engaging, accessible learning experience, with clear learning objectives, progress tracking, assessments, and feedback mechanisms.

- Product Analytics & Improvement: Define and monitor KPIs such as user acquisition, activation, engagement, course completion, retention,



learner satisfaction, and conversion. Use data and feedback to prioritise improvements.

- Go-to-Market & Monetisation: Collaborate with branding, marketing, sales, and partnership teams to develop launch plans, pricing models, subscription or course-based revenue opportunities, and institutional partnerships.

- Product Operations & Execution: Coordinate product development from ideation to launch, manage priorities and timelines, conduct testing, track dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.

- Product Ownership & Scalability: Establish repeatable product development processes, maintain a prioritised backlog, document decisions, and build a scalable product foundation for future growth.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- A clear product vision, roadmap, and prioritised development backlog.

- Timely delivery of agreed product milestones and features.

- Regular learner research, feedback collection, and product validation.

- Improvement in learner engagement, course completion, retention, and satisfaction.

- Defined analytics dashboards and product performance reports.

- Successful product launch, user acquisition, and validation of sustainable revenue models.

- Effective coordination between learning, design, technology, and business teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Degree in Product Management, Business Administration, Education Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.

- Experience in product management, EdTech, digital learning, SaaS, online education,



or technology-enabled educational services.

- Understanding of product discovery, user research, roadmap planning, agile development, and product analytics.

- Ability to translate user and business needs into clear product requirements.

- Robust communication, analytical thinking, prioritisation, and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership in an early-stage startup environment.

Preferred: Experience launching digital products, working with developers, building learning management systems, integrating AI-enabled learning features, or developing B2B education and institutional partnerships.

Equity-Based Engagement Terms

- This is an equity-only founding-team opportunity, with no fixed monthly salary at the initial stage.

- Equity allocation will be discussed based on experience, responsibilities, commitment, and measurable contribution.

- A proposed five-year vesting structure will apply, subject to mutually agreed terms and formal documentation.

- Fixed compensation may be considered after funding and revenue stabilisation. This could take 6–8 months or potentially a year, with no guaranteed timeline.

- The candidate is expected to contribute consistently, take ownership of product outcomes, and participate in building BizVidya for the long term.

We are looking for a product-oriented professional who can combine educational understanding, user empathy, technology, and business thinking to turn ideas into practical, commercially viable learning products. The ideal candidate will be comfortable building from the ground up and taking ownership of the product lifecycle, from research and planning to launch and continuous improvement.
