Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager – UPVC Doors & Windows with strong expertise in project sales and market development. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing relationships with architects, builders and contractors, managing the sales team, and expanding business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Desired Candidate Profile
8–12 years of relevant experience in Project Sales of UPVC Doors & Windows.
Strong understanding of the UPVC Doors & Windows market and project sales cycle.
Proven experience in handling architects, builders, contractors, developers and project clients.
Good knowledge of the assigned geographical market and customer network.
Solid team-handling, negotiation and business development skills.
Fluent in English and the local language.
Graduate / Post Graduate from a reputed institution.
Key Responsibilities
Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop project business for UPVC Doors & Windows through direct and institutional sales.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through architects,
builders, contractors,
developers and project consultants.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers and channel partners.
Develop a strong project pipeline and ensure timely conversion of leads into orders.
Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Prepare and implement territory-wise sales and business development strategies.
Conduct regular market visits and track competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
Understand customer/project requirements and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
Coordinate with internal operations/technical teams for smooth execution of sales orders.
Follow up on order processing, dispatch, collections and outstanding payments.
Resolve customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain regular sales reports, project pipelines, forecasts and MIS.
Identify opportunities for increasing market share and expanding the company's presence in the assigned territory.
