Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Financial Planning & Modelling: Develop financial projections, cash-flow forecasts, budgets, break-even analyses, profitability models, and financial scenarios for AIMRPx and its clients.

- Business Valuation & Investment Analysis: Support business valuation, investment feasibility, financial due diligence, risk assessment, and evaluation of business opportunities.

- Funding, Loans & Grants: Identify suitable funding sources, bank loans, government schemes, grants, and investment opportunities. Assist in preparing financial documents and funding proposals.

- Startup & MSME Financial Advisory: Help entrepreneurs understand unit economics, working capital requirements, pricing, cost structures, profitability, and financial sustainability.

- Project Reports & DPRs: Prepare or review Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), CMA data, project cost estimates, repayment projections, and financial feasibility reports, as appropriate to the engagement.

- Financial Systems & Dashboards: Develop financial tracking systems and dashboards covering revenue, expenses, cash flow, receivables, payables, budgets, and key financial performance indicators.

- Investor Readiness & Pitch Support: Assist with financial sections of investor pitch decks, business plans, funding presentations, and financial data rooms.

- Compliance & Financial Coordination: Coordinate with chartered accountants, tax professionals,



company secretaries, banks, and other specialists on accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial documentation. Regulated or reserved professional work must be handled by appropriately qualified professionals.

- Financial Research & Scheme Analysis: Research financial products, lending criteria, government support schemes, sector-specific funding opportunities, and policy changes relevant to startups and MSMEs.

- Business Development & Strategic Growth: Build relationships with banks, NBFCs, investors, incubators, financial institutions, and professional networks to strengthen AIMRPx’s financial advisory and funding-support services.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Delivery of accurate, decision-ready financial models and reports.

- Development of standardised financial advisory templates and service frameworks.

- Identification and assessment of relevant funding, loan, grant, and investment opportunities.

- Growth in startup/MSME advisory assignments and strategic financial partnerships.

- Timely preparation and review of client financial documentation.

- Development of practical dashboards and systems for financial performance monitoring.

- Contribution to AIMRPx’s service development, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Degree or skilled qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.

- Relevant experience in financial analysis, financial planning, investment analysis, credit assessment, corporate finance, or financial consulting.





- Strong understanding of financial statements, cash-flow management, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and financial modelling.

- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and the ability to develop structured financial models and dashboards.

- Strong analytical, research, communication, and report-writing skills.

- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in practical terms to entrepreneurs and business owners.

Preferred: Experience with startups, MSMEs, project finance, bank loans, CMA data, DPR preparation, government funding schemes, grants, investor readiness, or business valuation. Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, CFA, or MBA Finance are advantageous.

Equity-Based Engagement Terms

- This is an equity-only founding-team opportunity, with no fixed monthly salary at the initial stage.

- Equity will be discussed based on the candidate’s expertise, responsibilities, commitment, and measurable contribution.

- A proposed five-year vesting structure will apply, subject to mutually agreed terms and formal documentation.

- Fixed compensation may be considered after funding and revenue stabilisation. This could take 6–8 months or potentially a year, with no guaranteed timeline.

- The candidate must be comfortable working in an early-stage organisation, taking ownership, and contributing to long-term business development.
