Role & Responsibilities

- Architect and deliver scalable, resilient Java backends using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and reactive frameworks for high-throughput enterprise systems.
- Lead design and implementation of microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems with Kafka, Redis, and gRPC.
- Optimize performance, security, and observability of production services—using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product and QA teams to define specs,



write clean unit/integration tests, and ensure zero-downtime deployments.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and enforce coding standards, SRE practices, and security-by-design principles.
- Drive technical debt reduction, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible), and cloud cost optimization across AWS/GCP environments.
