Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Store Executive to join our team at our Bhopal location. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily store operations, mentoring the team, and delivering expert styling consultations to elevate the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
- Provide personalized styling advice and fashion consultations to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
- Convert walk-in traffic and inquiries into sales by delivering exceptional, consultative service.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate store associates to foster a high-performing, customer-centric team culture.
- Manage end-to-end store operations including billing, cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and loss prevention.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, visual merchandising,



and product display to maintain brand standards.
- Prepare and submit daily sales, stock, and operational reports for analysis and decision-making.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment aligned with brand guidelines and professional aesthetics.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or customer-facing role.
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing customer relationships.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
- A keen eye for fashion, current trends, and the ability to translate client needs into stylish solutions.
- Leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using POS systems, Excel, and basic digital tools for reporting.
