Sales Promoter / Store Sales Executive | EDT

Role Overview

We are seeking confident, proactive and well-presented sales promoters to represent EDT at Croma. The role

involves approaching customers, understanding their needs, delivering engaging product demonstrations and

converting interest into sales while maintaining a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively approach and engage customers on the shop floor.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EDT products.

• Conduct live product demonstrations and explain product features and perks.

• Build customer trust, address queries and convert customer interest into sales.

• Maintain strong product knowledge, premium brand presentation and professional conduct.

• Work towards assigned sales targets and follow store processes and shift schedules.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be confident, well-spoken and comfortable approaching customers proactively.

• Must have 1–2 years of experience as a retail promoter,



sales promoter or in-store sales executive.

• Must be an immediate joiner; graduates preferred.

• Experience in kitchen appliances, home appliances, consumer electronics, beauty tech or premium retail

preferred.

• Experience with Dyson, Shark Ninja, Philips, Samsung, LG, Apple, Bosch, IFB, Havells or similar premium

brands preferred.

• For Mumbai roles, English, Hindi and Marathi fluency preferred; for other cities, relevant local-language

fluency preferred.

• Strong communication, customer interaction and target-oriented selling skills.

• Comfortable conducting live demonstrations and learning technical/product information.

• Well-groomed, punctual, disciplined and professional; willing to work retail shifts, weekends and public

holidays.
