Education
B.E. / (link removed) in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Chemical Engineering mandatory
M.E. / (link removed) or MBA (Finance) preferred
Diploma in Engineering considered only where the candidate brings 12+ years of directly relevant P&M; valuation experience with demonstrated bank empanelment credentials; not the preferred route
Experience
7 12 years of total experience, with a minimum of 4 5 years specifically in Plant & Machinery valuation for bank lending mandates
Must have handled mandates independently not in a support or field-only capacity
Experience across multiple industry asset classes; single-vertical specialists will not be considered
Prior experience at a panel valuation firm, Big 4 advisory practice, or NBFC in-house valuation team preferred
