About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Video Production & Training Specialist who is passionate about both creating high-quality video content and teaching others how to produce it professionally. In this role, you will work across educational, brand, social media, and client projects while training and mentoring students through practical shoots, editing exercises, real-world assignments, and portfolio projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on production sets, behind the editing workstation, and in a classroom or training environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver videos from concept to final output.
• Create engaging social media reels, digital ads, YouTube videos, interviews, testimonials, podcasts, and event coverage.




• Operate and manage cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent tools, including colour correction, sound design, titles, captions, and subtitles.
• Train students in cinematography, camera handling, lighting, audio, storytelling, scripting, directing, and video editing.
• Conduct practical workshops, demonstrations, and hands-on production sessions.
• Mentor students, review their projects, provide constructive feedback, and help them build skilled showreels and portfolios.
• Guide student teams in executing real-world video projects while maintaining professional production standards.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, academic, and client-facing teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Maintain organised project files, backups, footage, and production equipment.
• Stay updated with emerging video production techniques, platforms, editing tools, and AI-assisted workflows. Required Qualifications & Skills
• 3–4 years of professional experience in video production, cinematography, and video editing.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve,



or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong practical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, framing, composition, and on-location production.
• Experience creating short-form content, digital advertisements, interviews, testimonials, YouTube content, and event videos.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to beginners.
• Robust storytelling and visual judgement.
• Good attention to detail, time management, teamwork, and coordination skills.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating video production and editing capabilities. Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience as a trainer, mentor, instructor, or workshop facilitator.
• Experience in podcast production, multicamera shoots, basic motion graphics, and social media content workflows.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for ideation, scripting, editing, captions, content planning, or pre-production.
• Experience working on educational, commercial, digital marketing, or client-based video projects. Who Should Apply?
