Role Description : RF Engineering: 11+ years of experience in RF and base station antenna manufacturing. NPI Management: New Product Introduction, product industrialization, and mass production ramp-up. Engineering Leadership: Leading engineering teams and managing cross-functional activities. Manufacturing Excellence: Process optimization, productivity improvement, quality, and yield enhancement. Testing & Validation: PIM, VSWR, Return Loss, S-Parameter, RF performance testing, and antenna validation. Technical Expertise: RF antenna manufacturing, process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Qualifications




• Strong Program Management and Project Management skills to lead complex, cross-functional NPI initiatives from concept to production.
• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering and New Product Introduction, with the ability to translate product designs into scalable, robust production processes.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, including supplier coordination, material planning, and risk mitigation for new product launches.
• Background in Research and Development (R&D;) or product engineering, enabling effective collaboration with design teams and contribution to design for manufacturability and quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electronics, electrical, mechanical, or related field); advanced degree or relevant certifications in project/program management are an advantage.
• Proven experience in EMS or electronics manufacturing environments, preferably in high-mix, versatile-volume production settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in diverse teams and lead through influence.
