Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accounts & Finance
- Business Analyst (ERP) role based in Indore. The role involves analyzing financial and business processes within the ERP system, mapping current workflows, and recommending improvements to enhance accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements from finance and cross-functional stakeholders, translate them into ERP configurations, and support implementation and testing. Daily responsibilities include preparing reports and dashboards, validating data flows, coordinating with technical teams,



and assisting users with issue resolution and process optimization. The role also includes training finance and operations teams on ERP functionalities and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and evaluate process performance.
• Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and translate stakeholder needs into ERP solutions.
• Candidates should possess Business Process skills to understand, map, and optimize accounts and finance workflows within an ERP environment.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with finance, operations, and technical teams, and to conduct user training and support.
• Relevant experience in ERP implementations or finance modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, budgeting) is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications in ERP or business analysis are an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools, with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work in office in Indore, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, construction-focused business environment.
