About the Role
At Value Creed, this role offers the opportunity to build and shape the company’s visual identity while working on a variety of creative projects, from corporate events and employee stories to social media content and brand campaigns. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, bring your creative ideas to life, and play a direct role in how Value Creed showcases its people, culture, and growth. We are looking for a creative Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging, polished, and visually compelling videos. We want someone who understands that great editing goes beyond putting clips together. It takes imagination, storytelling, timing, and the ability to make ordinary footage engaging. From corporate events and team outings to social media reels and company culture videos, you should be able to experiment with editing styles, use transitions effectively, and bring your own creative ideas to every project.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit videos for corporate events, team outings, employee engagement activities, social media, and company branding.
• Transform raw footage into engaging stories through creative cuts, sequencing, pacing, and transitions.
• Explore innovative editing techniques instead of relying solely on standard templates.
• Use transitions, effects, text overlays, motion graphics, and visual elements to enhance videos.
• Synchronize footage with music and sound effects to create engaging viewing experiences.




• Perform color correction, color grading, and audio balancing to maintain professional quality.
• Create content optimized for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and internal communications.
• Work with internal teams to understand the purpose of each video and contribute original creative ideas.
• Organize raw footage, project files, and final exports efficiently.
• Stay updated with editing trends, creative transitions, and new techniques to improve video quality. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Understanding of video editing, storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Ability to create smooth transitions and engaging visual sequences.
• Understanding of music synchronization, sound design, color correction, and visual effects.
• A creative mindset with the ability to develop original ideas and editing styles.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to turn raw footage into polished content.
