As an RCC Automation Engineer, you will develop and maintain automation solutions within the CATIA environment, helping engineering teams improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and streamline design processes. You will work closely with client stakeholders, business users, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions. Your Role As an RCC Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting automation solutions using CATIA Customization and VB Scripting. You will collaborate with engineering teams to understand requirements, automate design workflows, and ensure smooth deployment of automation tools. In this role, you will:
• Design, develop, and maintain automation tools using CATIA Customization and VB Scripting with 3-5 Years of Experience.
• Develop macros, scripts, and custom applications to automate engineering and design activities.
• Analyze existing design processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Work closely with engineering teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing automation applications.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and deployment documents.
• Collaborate with client teams for requirement discussions, solution demonstrations, and issue resolution.
• Follow coding standards, quality processes, and project timelines.
• Support testing, implementation, and deployment of automation solutions.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in CATIA-based automation development.
• Strong analytical and automation mindset.




• Ability to work independently in a client-facing workplace.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work from the client location (5 Days WFO).

• Strong experience in CATIA Customization.
• Proficiency in VB Scripting / VBA Development.
