About the Role
We are looking for energetic, target-driven Sales Officers (SO) with 1–1.5 years of experience to strengthen our FMCG sales operations in Ahmedabad and Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have experience in retailer handling, order generation, market expansion, and distributor coordination.

Key Responsibilities
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Generate orders and drive secondary sales.
* Visit retailers regularly and build strong business relationships.
* Expand retail coverage and market penetration.
* Develop new retail outlets and business opportunities.
* Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
* Coordinate with distributors for timely order fulfillment.




* Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
* Ensure effective market execution and submit regular sales reports. Requirements ✅ 1–1.5 years of experience in FMCG sales preferred. ✅ Solid communication, negotiation, and selling skills. ✅ Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated. ✅ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. ✅ Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred. ?
