Company Overview: To support the creation of our luxury metal decor and furniture, Curio Crafts requires highly organized backend support. This role ensures that our metal production data, factory inventory, and order timelines are meticulously tracked and documented. Job Overview: You will be the organizational backbone of the production and sales teams. Your job is to digitize factory operations—updating daily Excel sheets, tracking metal decor items through the manufacturing stages, managing inventory, and ensuring all data is perfectly entered into our systems.

Key Responsibilities
(Day-to-Day Tasks):
• Data Entry & Cataloging: Create and update SKUs, product descriptions, dimensions, and metal weights for all recent brass and aluminum products in our database/ERP system.
• Production Tracking: Maintain daily Excel/Google Sheets trackers to monitor the status of ongoing orders (e.g., tracking a bespoke brass planter from casting to grinding, polishing, and final packaging).
• Inventory Management: Record incoming raw materials (metal ingots, casting supplies) and outgoing finished metal goods. Alert management when stock levels are running low.
• Document Creation: Generate purchase orders, packing lists,



delivery challans, and commercial invoices tailored for heavy/hardgoods domestic and export shipments.
• Coordination: Act as a bridge between the sales team and the metal factory floor to ensure everyone is updated on manufacturing timelines. Requirements &

Qualifications:
• Strict Industry Requirement: Experience must be in hardgoods, metal handicrafts, metal furniture, or heavy manufacturing merchandising. (Important: The term 'Merchandiser' here applies strictly to hardgoods. Candidates with merchandising experience only in the garment/apparel industry will not be considered).

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in factory administration, data entry, or export merchandising for metal/hardgood products.
• Software

Skills:
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, formatting). Fast and accurate typing speed.
• Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented (capable of noticing if a metal weight or dimension is typed incorrectly), and comfortable doing repetitive backend tasks with high accuracy.
