Role Description The Marketing Intern role at innovITive Solutions is a part-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with market research, gathering competitor and customer insights, and helping to prepare reports and presentations. Responsibilities include supporting digital marketing campaigns, coordinating with teams to implement marketing strategies,



and helping manage basic content for social media and other channels. The intern will interact with internal stakeholders and, where needed, support customer-facing communication to help maintain strong relationships. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, technology-driven environment while learning core marketing practices. Qualifications
• Solid Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to perform Market Research and basic data analysis to support marketing decisions.
• Interest or experience in Sales and Customer Service to assist in lead follow-up and client support.
• Foundational understanding of Marketing Strategy and digital marketing concepts.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Comfort with common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365) and willingness to learn new platforms.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks part-time.
• Interest in technology, digital transformation, and working in a cross-cultural environment.
