Role Description The Social Media Strategist role at Della Leaders is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai and Lonavala (3 days each). The company will provide travel, food, and accommodation in Lonavala. The person in this role will plan, develop, and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms to strengthen Della Townships’ digital presence and community engagement. Daily responsibilities include creating and optimising content, managing social media calendars, monitoring analytics, and coordinating campaigns that align with brand and business objectives. The Social Media Strategist will collaborate with marketing, communications, and events teams to ensure consistent messaging and to amplify key initiatives and thought leadership content. This role also involves staying current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance and reach. The Social Media Strategist must be open to travel when required. Qualifications
• Candidates should have experience managing Corporate Personal Profiles.




• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO) to plan and execute effective platform-specific strategies.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Public Relations skills, including fluency in English, to craft clear messaging and foster positive stakeholder relationships.
• Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to design and manage coherent, audience-focused content across channels.
• Candidates should have experience with social media analytics tools, campaign performance tracking, and reporting.
• Candidates should demonstrate robust writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing multiple projects.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
