Job Description
This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day transport operations
• Operations Management: Oversee daily transport scheduling, employee rostering, vehicle placement, and trip execution.
• Vendor Coordination: Partner with cab or fleet vendors and drivers to maintain service levels and resolve real-time issues.
• Route & Fleet Tracking: Track real-time vehicle movements via GPS and optimize routes to reduce fuel costs and delays.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce transport safety protocols, statutory regulations, driver behavior tracking, and vehicle documentation (insurance, permits).
• Reporting: Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports on fleet utilization, on-time arrival, and trip expenses. INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
