About the Role
We are looking for an Analog Circuit Design Engineer to design high-speed analog and mixed-signal IP on advanced process nodes. You will work on SerDes PHY and die-to-die interconnect (UCIe) designs, guided by a leadership team with decades of experience at companies such as Intel, META and NXP. Key Responsibilities
• Design and simulate analog and mixed-signal circuits for high-speed interfaces
• Develop circuit blocks for SerDes PHY (UCIe, PCIe, DDR) including serializers and clock distribution
• Run schematic-level and post-layout simulations to meet performance, power and area targets
• Collaborate on AMS simulations and verify designs with digital and verification teams
• Work with layout engineers on floorplanning and parasitic extraction, and close post-layout issues Required Skills Design and simulation

• 4+ years of hands-on analog circuit design experience
• Strong fundamentals in analog design and high-speed circuit concepts
• Solid problem-solving skills and a desire to learn high-speed analog IP design
