Role District Coordinator
- Language Education Program Chikkaballapur | In-person | Full time | About the Program The Language Education through Audio-Story Pedagogy (LEAP) program by IT for Change focuses on building students’ language skills through the appeal of audio stories. To this end, the program empowers teachers as creators and facilitators of audio stories in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
• Visit program schools regularly and build active relationships with the schools’ head teachers and teachers
• Support teachers to develop children’s English language skills through audio stories
• Document qualitative data including classroom experiences and challenges, teacher feedback, and student engagement
• Prepare monthly progress reports and share them with the program team
• Co-ordinate with departments and partner organizations Eligibility Mandatory:
• Resident of Chikkaballapura district
• Graduation in any discipline




• Fluency in both Kannada and English
• Basic knowledge of digital technologies
• Willingness to travel to schools across the district Preference will be given to candidates with:
• B.
Ed degree
• Experience working in the education sector
• Interest in working with children
• A two-wheeler and a valid driving license Compensation ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month (Based on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience) Travel expenses for official school visits and program-related work will be reimbursed by IT for Change as per organizational norms.
