Salary:
₹20,000–₹22,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years in payday loans, short-term personal loans, digital lending, or similar loan products.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.
• Explain loan features, eligibility, charges, repayment terms, documentation, and application process.
• Understand customer requirements and convert eligible leads into loan applications.
• Assist customers with application and documentation requirements.
• Maintain proper lead and follow-up records in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of cases.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Ensure skilled and accurate communication with customers. Required Skills
• Good communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
• Strong follow-up and sales conversion ability.
• Experience in loan applications and CRM systems.
• Working knowledge of computers and MS Office.
