Role Description The Sales Manager role at Enlarge Media is a full time, on-site position based in Varanasi. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building long-term relationships with clients in diverse industries. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with digital marketing and account management teams to understand client needs, propose suitable service packages, and ensure successful campaign delivery. Daily tasks include conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, tracking sales metrics, and providing regular performance updates to leadership.



The role also involves monitoring market trends, refining sales strategies, and contributing to revenue growth targets. Qualifications
• Strong skills in B2B sales, client relationship management, and account handling, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience in digital marketing or advertising services, with familiarity in areas such as SEO, social media marketing, branding, and paid advertising.
• Competence in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools, along with data-driven decision-making and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex marketing solutions in a clear, accessible manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to evolving client and market needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant sales or digital marketing certifications are an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar client-facing role within a marketing, media, or technology company is highly beneficial.
