About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, monitor invoices and outstanding payments, and coordinate with clients for timely collections. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and robust follow-up abilities.

Key Responsibilities
· Monitor invoices, payment due dates, and outstanding receivables daily.
· Make daily follow-up calls and send emails to clients regarding pending invoices and payments.
· Maintain an updated payment tracker with collection status, expected payment dates, and follow-up remarks.
· Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely invoice preparation, submission, and resolution of billing queries.
· Highlight overdue payments and escalate delays to management.
· Manage daily accounting entries, accounts payable and receivable, and vendor payments.
· Prepare bank reconciliations and reconcile client and vendor accounts.
· Track project-wise expenses,



receipts, and cash flow.
· Prepare GST and TDS workings and coordinate with the CA for statutory filings.
· Verify employee reimbursements, travel expenses, and petty cash claims.
· Prepare financial reports, receivables ageing statements, and collection updates.
· Support payroll processing, audits, and month-end and year-end closing. Qualifications & Skills

Com, M.
Com, or a relevant qualification in Finance or Accounting.
· 4–6 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in handling client calls and payment follow-ups.
· Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
· Working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliation.
· Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in an consultancy, or project-based organization will be preferred.
